How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends. For larger events or peak seasons, 6–8 weeks is ideal.

How far do you travel for events?

We primarily serve Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix metro area, including Paradise Valley, Tempe, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and beyond. Reach out and we'll confirm if we can make it to your location.

Can we customize the drink menu?

Absolutely! We'll work with you to select a curated set of drinks from our menu that fits your event theme and guest preferences. We can also create a specialty drink named after the guest of honor or event.

What do you need for setup?

We need a flat surface with enough space to park our trailer, and ideally access to a power outlet. We'll confirm all logistics when we connect about your event.

How is pricing determined?
